) Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Pediatric Home Care
We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide supportive, hands-on care for pediatric clients in the home setting. This role focuses on assisting children with daily living needs while promoting comfort, safety, and a positive environment.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy working with children and families.
Service Areas:
Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk Counties
What You'll Do
  • Assist pediatric clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility, positioning, and safe transfers as needed
  • Provide supervision and ensure a safe environment at all times
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding (as appropriate to the care plan)
  • Encourage age-appropriate engagement, play, and interaction
  • Follow the established plan of care under supervision of nursing staff
  • Observe and report changes in condition or behavior to the nurse or supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, organized care environment
What We're Looking For
  • Experience working with children preferred (home care, daycare, school, or healthcare setting)
  • Ability to be patient, gentle, and attentive with pediatric clients
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently in a home setting
  • Strong communication skills with both children and caregivers
  • Ability to follow instructions and document care appropriately
