This is an onsite, non-remote position ideal for someone passionate about pediatric health care and committed to providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

The Pediatric Medical Assistant at Agave Pediatrics will be an integral part of our team, directly contributing to the health and wellbeing of our patients. With roles varying from patient interaction to administrative support, this position requires a high level of multitasking, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to pediatric care. Duties and Responsibilities
  • HIGH VOLUME PATIENT INTERACTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Medical chart management using eClinical Works EMR
  • Checking In and Out patients
  • Front Desk Duties including managing patient reception and information dissemination
  • Daily opening and closing responsibilities
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Patient Rooming
  • Basic in-office lab activities
  • Vaccine administration
  • Triage phone calls
  • Availability to work some Saturdays
Requirements
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
  • Attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
  • Open and clear communication skills are essential
  • Experience working with insurance is highly preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant (Preferred but not required)
  • Must possess a Medical Assistant Diploma
