The Position
Our client is seeking a Pediatric Medical Director to lead the development and growth of their pediatric program while maintaining an active outpatient practice. This physician leader will play a key role in shaping clinical strategy, mentoring providers, improving quality outcomes, and expanding pediatric services across the organization.

Requirements
- MD or DO Degree
- Board Certified Pediatrics
- Active Florida Medical License or Ability to Obtain
- Active DEA Registration
- Minimum of 5 Years of Pediatric Clinical Experience Preferred
- Leadership, Medical Director, or Program Development Experience Preferred
- Eligible for Credentialing and Privileging
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
- Lead the design, implementation, and growth of the pediatric service line
- Develop clinical protocols, workflows, and standards of care
- Supervise and mentor pediatric providers and advanced practice clinicians
- Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development
- Drive quality improvement, patient safety, and compliance initiatives
- Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and referral partners
- Ensure compliance with HRSA, FTCA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in organizational leadership meetings and planning initiatives
