RN Case Manager Acute Care (Hospital-Based)
3+ Years Experience Required | Up to $15K Sign-On BonusWe are hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a hospital-based acute care setting. This role is best suited for nurses who are currently working in acute care case management or utilization review and want a stable, long-term opportunity.
Role Overview
  • Coordinate care for patients in an acute care hospital
  • Perform medical necessity reviews
  • Manage discharge planning and transitions of care
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Act as a clinical resource for patients, families, and staff

Requirements
  • Active Nevada RN license
  • 3+ years of acute care case management experience
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM)
  • BLS (AHA)

Preferred
  • InterQual or Milliman experience
