• Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and document progress in line with best practices and guidelines.
• Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to effectively address clients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to continually improve therapeutic skills.
• Support and mentor clients in adopting effective coping strategies to enhance their mental health.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to foster a collaborative care approach.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Peak Health Care Inc., you will work primarily with individuals seeking assistance for a range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to stress management and relationship issues. Our client population includes diverse adults, and your expertise in different therapeutic practices will be vital in helping each person navigate their unique challenges.

• A Master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.
• An active and valid state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) permitting you to provide unsupervised therapy services.
• An unblemished professional record, free from disciplinary actions by any licensing board.
• Proficient in conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills for documentation and client interactions.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults and diverse populations.
• Experience in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with other evidence-based practices.
• Strong background in client assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment modification.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a sign-on bonus for new hires, along with a unique health insurance stipend, provided the minimum eligibility criteria are met.
