Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Deliver effective psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
  • Document therapy sessions accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with best practices and quality standards.
  • Engage with clients through various telehealth platforms, utilizing technology to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate mental health challenges and develop coping strategies.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a mental health therapist with Vitality Peak Health Care, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from different backgrounds and may experience issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral problems. Your role will be pivotal in supporting their mental health journeys and helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
  • An active and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD in the state of New Jersey.
  • Two or more years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and proficiency in conducting assessments and ongoing treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to write clear and concise session notes.
  • A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken against you by any licensing board.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using telehealth systems and virtual platforms to deliver therapy.
  • Familiarity with managing client caseloads in a remote work setting.
  • Training or certification in specialized therapy techniques or approaches.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for qualified therapists.
