Provider Enrollment (PE) Coordinator

1. Provide coverage for internal transfers to Provider Enrollment (PE) Coordinator Scheduling Line;
2. Interact professionally with providers and ancillary staff to provide appropriate and timely response for walkthrough and outreach requests;
2. Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner and clearly document interaction;
3. Transfer callers as needed and/or appropriately route inquiries and concerns regarding provider enrollment and file maintenance for Texas State Health-Care Programs;
4. Meet individual performance standards;
5. Assign and balance daily PE Coordinator walkthrough and outreach assignments based on available resources;
6. Respond to escalations within the specified due dates;
7. Make recommendations to management to improve efficiency/effectiveness of current
8. Maintain strict confidentiality of information as dictated by current HIPAA requirements;
9. Flexibility to work overtime; 10. Perform other duties as assigned.
