Job description

Title

Full DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Electronics Assembler with strong expertise in printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, testing, and rework. This role requires hands-on experience with IPC or military standards, along with the ability to interpret technical documentation and collaborate closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform PCB assembly, testing, and inspection tasks

  • Execute pre-assembly activities including PCB burn-in testing, subassembly, and mechanical assembly

  • Conduct manual soldering and rework of PCBs in accordance with IPC and/or military standards

  • Follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures accurately

  • Maintain quality standards and document work in traveler logs and tracking systems

  • Support prototype builds and provide feedback on design or process deviations

  • Collaborate with engineering to clarify drawings, BOMs, and assembly requirements

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing experience

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • Through-hole and surface mount technologies (SMT)

    • Electronic component identification

    • PCB rework and repair processes

  • Ability to read and interpret:

    • IPC standards and quality specifications

    • Blueprints and engineering drawings

  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with high-quality output

  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, work orders, and production tracking

  • Ability to lift 10-20 lbs occasionally

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written English)

  • Reliable attendance and ability to follow procedures consistently

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Occasional Saturday work and schedule flexibility as needed
