IDS is seeking a PC Technician to support enterprise IT operations and end-user support requirements. The selected candidate will assist with system maintenance, workstation configuration, troubleshooting, and IT support activities while supporting Army and Joint Mission Command system requirements.Key Duties
โ€ข Provide IT support in an Enterprise environment.
โ€ข Troubleshoot system hardware and software.
โ€ข Configure and validate network workstations.
โ€ข Document and query reported incidents.
โ€ข Support IT system operation, maintenance, and security.
โ€ข Support Army and/or Joint Mission Command system interoperability requirements.Requirements
โ€ข Secret clearance.
โ€ข Associate degree in an IT related field or four years' professional experience.
โ€ข Current certification that meets the requirements for the DCWF Client Systems Technician (411) at the Basic proficiency level.
