You'll drive day-to-day product management of key supply chain platforms-including shipment visibility, global supply chain (GSC) tools, quality management, sustainability solutions, and 3PL and logistics integrations-balancing system stability, enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a scalable, integrated platform. You'll partner closely with supply chain business stakeholders, engineering, and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions that support Fabletics' growth agenda.

This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Management, PC Technology.

You bring deep expertise in supply chain technology, translating business needs into scalable workflows and integrations across our global supply chain operations. You're equally effective partnering with business stakeholders, engineering, and third-party vendors to deliver solutions on time. You ensure our supply chain systems operate as reliable, visible, and efficient platforms that power Fabletics' operations. You're also a strategic thinker who can zoom out-helping shape and communicate a cohesive vision for how supply chain technology fits together across the organization.

What You Will Do

  • Own day-to-day product management and system health across supply chain tech platforms (including Four Kites, Centric, Blue Cherry, Pivot-88, and sustainability solutions)

  • Manage backlog, defects, and enhancements based on business impact and operational priority

  • Act as the primary point of contact for issues, releases, and continuous improvements

Program & Project Management

  • Serve as the connective tissue across supply chain tech initiatives-tracking milestones, managing dependencies, surfacing risks, and ensuring cross-functional alignment

  • Build and maintain program-level visibility into the supply chain tech roadmap, communicating status and progress to senior stakeholders

  • Drive structured discovery, prioritization, and delivery cadences across concurrent workstreams

  • Partner with engineering, business, and vendor teams to manage project timelines and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery

  • Proactively identify blockers and facilitate resolution across teams

Integrated Supply Chain Vision

  • Help define and evangelize a long-term vision for how supply chain technology systems work together, from sourcing and quality through logistics and sustainability

  • Identify gaps and opportunities across the current technology landscape and build a case for future investment

  • Partner with senior leadership to shape roadmap and ensure supply chain tech strategy is aligned to business priorities

  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for supply chain technology across the broader PC Tech org and the business

Cross-Functional Delivery

  • Partner closely with GSC, logistics, sourcing, quality, sustainability, and finance stakeholders

  • Lead discovery, process mapping, and requirements gathering

  • Ensure solutions support end-to-end supply chain workflows and integrations

  • Drive adoption through communication and change management

Product Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery (discovery launch) aligned to business milestones and peak season timelines

  • Track risks, dependencies, and progress; communicate broadly and visibly to ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in

  • Drive roadmap for future supply chain capabilities

What You Can Bring

Experience

  • 5-8+ years in Product Management, Business Systems, or a similar role

  • Strong background in supply chain technology (visibility platforms, 3PL integrations, ERP, quality management, or similar)

  • Familiarity with tools such as Four Kites, Shipium, Centric, Blue Cherry, Pivot-88, or equivalent platforms a plus

  • Experience managing complex multi-platform integrations and EDI connectivity

  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

  • Literacy in AI-augmented product and project management

  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Execution

  • Strong requirements gathering and end-to-end delivery track record

  • Backlog management and Agile experience

  • Experience working with vendors and managing implementations

  • Demonstrated program management skills-comfortable owning timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams simultaneously

  • Ability to balance short-term operational needs with long-term platform strategy

Strategic Thinking

  • Ability to synthesize complex technology landscapes into a clear, compelling vision

  • Experience contributing to or driving technology roadmaps that span multiple systems and business functions

  • Comfortable presenting strategy and recommendations to senior leadership

  • Strong business acumen-able to connect technology decisions to operational and financial outcomes

Technical

  • Understanding of integrations, data flows, and system architecture

  • Familiarity with EDI standards and logistics provider connectivity

  • Experience writing user stories and functional requirements
