Job Title: Desktop Support Technician (PC Refresh & Deployment)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85003
Job Type: Contract (4+ Months)


Job Summary

A leading organization is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh and deployment initiative. This role involves deploying and configuring desktop and laptop systems, installing peripherals, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing onsite support to end users.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and configure Windows desktop and laptop systems
  • Perform PC imaging, hardware setup, and peripheral installations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network/connectivity issues
  • Update service tickets, track IT assets, and maintain deployment documentation
  • Provide onsite technical support and excellent customer service during deployments
  • Ensure timely completion of refresh schedules and project milestones

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Desktop Support or PC Deployment experience
  • Experience with Windows imaging, desktop hardware, and troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license (or ability to obtain one)
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting

Preferred Qualifications
