This helps ensure that employees have reliable, secure, and up-to-date technology to perform their work efficiently. PC Refresh projects often include data migration, software installation, and proper disposal or recycling of old devices. The goal is to minimize downtime and improve productivity while maintaining IT security and compliance.

How does the PC refresh role typically interact with end users and IT teams during a hardware upgrade project?

In a PC Refresh role, you'll frequently collaborate with both end users and internal IT teams to ensure smooth deployment of new hardware.
