These systems manage internal and external telephone calls and often integrate with other communication technologies like VoIP and unified communications platforms. PBX Engineers ensure that the phone systems are reliable, scalable, and secure, and they also troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and provide technical support to users. Their work is critical in ensuring seamless communication within a company.
