The PBE Outside Sales Person will be responsible for all duties and responsibilities associated with strategically targeting new business opportunities to maximize longer term revenue streams while being responsible for developing and managing an existing number of accounts to achieve monthly sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make sales calls and write stock orders on assigned accounts
  • Interact with existing customers to increase sales of the company's automotive and industrial coatings products
  • Maintain consistent relationship with customers
  • Develop new prospects
  • Assist customers with technical information, color and painting issues
  • Use tools to increase accuracy and efficiency in customer ordering and inventories
  • Continually develop skills through sales training
  • Demonstrate urgency, persistence, energy and sales drive that is contagious
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/ GED
  • At least 3 to 4 years' experience in automotive coatings or related sales
  • Have a understanding of Auto Body repair systems, to include CCC, I Car
  • New business development skills in order to work with prospects and close sales
  • Excellent verbal communication skills as well as computer literacy
  • Clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicles.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen
