We are currently seeking a dedicated Payroll Associate to join our accounting department and contribute to the smooth processing of our payroll operations. Job Details Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Type: Full Time Location: Indianapolis, IN 46227 Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely entry of payroll data such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations, and employee deductions before payroll processing. Process payroll transactions for all employees, including bonuses, commissions, check reversals, and reissues. Integrate payroll data accurately into financial and accounting systems on schedule. Manage timely deduction and payment of taxes, 401(k) contributions, garnishments, and child support payments. Perform other duties as assigned to support payroll and accounting functions.
