We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic and passionate Payroll Project Manager to join our dynamic team!

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Project Manager to lead strategic payroll initiatives and system implementations across our organization. This role will be instrumental in managing end-to-end payroll projects while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale payroll system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for payroll initiatives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, HR, and external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Manage risk assessment and develop mitigation strategies for payroll projects
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, test plans, and training materials
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of payroll operations experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
