What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree a plus)
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Financial and business acumen, including understanding of P&L statements
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Popeyes staff are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
