Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour
Position Overview
Huntleigh USA Corporation is seeking an experienced Payroll & Billing Specialist to join our team at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for the accurate processing of payroll, billing, accounts receivable support, and payroll compliance.
We are seeking a highly organized professional with exceptional attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Extensive Paycom experience and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and on time using Paycom HR & Payroll System.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, employee earnings, deductions, and tax documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while partnering with Human Resources and management.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Reconcile billing records and assist with financial reporting.
  • Maintain accurate billing documentation and financial records.
  • Respond professionally to employee and client payroll and billing inquiries.
  • Assist with payroll audits and reporting.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance payroll and billing efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and financial information.
  • Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience using Paycom Payroll and HRIS is REQUIRED.
  • Experience managing payroll for multi-state employees preferred.
  • Previous billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience.
  • Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and wage and hour compliance.

Required Skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred - Must be able to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish with employees, managers, and business partners. Willing to consider candidates who are not bilingual as well.
  • Paycom experience REQUIRED - Candidates without Paycom experience will not be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
