We are seeking an Operations Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Overland Park, KS. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative support, customer service, recruiting coordination, and helping people move through the hiring process with confidence.
As an Operations Associate, you will support daily branch operations, assist applicants and employees, help recruiters manage candidate activity, and keep important administrative processes organized and compliant. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing operations, payroll support, and business administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome applicants, employees, clients, and visitors while providing professional customer service.

- Support temporary employees during assignments, including communication, documentation, and weekly payroll processing.
