Job Responsibilities:

·        Assist with certified payroll reporting and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to project and regulatory requirements.

·        Review payroll and project reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections as needed.

·        Track and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), project status reports, and other operational metrics.

·        Support document control, record retention, and file management processes to ensure accurate and organized documentation.

·        Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, company records, and marketing materials, including company branding assets.

·        Assist with recruiting administration, applicant tracking system updates, employee onboarding, and personnel record maintenance.

·        Prepare and maintain annual employee files and supporting documentation.

·        Support special projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

·        Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

·        Experience within the construction industry and with certified payroll
