SAP Payment Solutions / SAP Digital Payments Consultant or Solution Architect
Location: San Diego, CA
Travel Required: 50%

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payment Solutions Consultant / Solution Architect with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Digital Payments and payment acceptance integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA payment acceptance solutions for credit cards and alternative payment methods
Configure SAP Digital Payments and payment provider integrations including certificates, endpoints, and provider-specific configurations
Design and implement payment processing flows including:

  • Authorization

  • Capture / Partial Capture

  • Refunds

  • Voids

  • Chargebacks

  • Payment Reversals
    Define tokenization and secure card data storage strategies to minimize PCI scope
    Collaborate with middleware and integration teams for APIs, monitoring, and error handling
    Support end-to-end payment lifecycle integrations and troubleshooting

Nice to Have:
Experience with FI-AR integrations, incoming payments, clearing, and customer open item handling
SIT/UAT, regression, failover, and negative testing experience
Go-live and hypercare support including incident triage and RCA
Documentation, training, and knowledge transfer experience

Looking for strong SAP payment architecture and integration experience in enterprise environments.
