Job description

Role Overview:
This role is for a Veeva CRM Lead, responsible for providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications. The position involves leading development and implementation efforts, guiding offshore teams, and ensuring adherence to full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review enhancements and new implementation requests from customers.
  • Align with the Support Team on current issues and initiate problem management.
  • As the onsite lead, guide the offshore team on technical aspects and convert functional requirements to technical specifications.
  • Prepare and update application-related documentation, including SOPs, Operational Instructions, and User Manuals.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in providing solutions and technical architecture for Veeva CRM Suite Applications.
  • Experience in full System Development Life Cycle (Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Support).
  • Knowledge in Application Design and Development using Salesforce Apex, Salesforce Configurations, Veeva Vault SDK, and Veeva Vault Platform configuration.
  • Experience in Veeva Approved Email, Veeva Network, Veeva Open data, Veeva Align, Veeva Engage, or Veeva Events Management.
  • Experience with large project management and Salesforce-based implementations.
  • Migration and Agile experience, comfortable using Agile tools like Jira.
  • Experience with REST Web-services and messaging/streaming solutions.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Scrum master certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
  • Cloud implementation experience.
  • Good to have AJAX and JavaScript skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Proactive in suggesting solutions to clients.
