Job description

SRM Call Solutions / Summit is growing — and we’re looking for motivated, energetic TeleSales Representatives to join our remote team! This is not your typical cold-calling job. You’ll be working with Medicare qualified outbound leads, using our dialer system to connect with real people, build rapport, and guide them toward helpful health-related services.

Medicare experience? you may qualify for a $500 signing bonus.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls using our dialer system to follow up with pre-qualified leads
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations about health and insurance-related services
  • Transfer prospect over to licensed agents
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly goals for call volume, conversions, and quality
  • Represent the company with positivity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • friendly, confident phone presence and strong communication skills
  • Ability to stay positive, professional, and persistent — even when facing objections
  • Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Prior experience in MEDICARE sales, call centers, or customer service is a plus — but not required!
  • No experience? No problem — we provide full training!
