ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Part-Time Sales Telemarketer with the Cameron Miller State Farm Agency, your main role is connecting with potential customers, starting conversations, and helping our team generate new business opportunities.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy position ideal for someone who is competitive, motivated, coachable, and not afraid to talk to people all day. Youโ€™ll gain real-world sales and business experience while working directly with a growing State Farm agency focused on personal growth, teamwork, and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding auto insurance quotes and related products
ย -Start conversations and identify potential insurance needs
ย -Generate and transfer qualified leads to licensed team members
ย -Schedule quote appointments for the sales team
ย -Follow up with prospects through calls and text messaging
ย -Maintain accurate notes and customer information within our CRM system
ย -Stay positive, energetic, and professional throughout daily call activity
ย -Meet daily and weekly activity and production goals
ย -Represent the agency professionally and create a strong first impression for potential customers

QUALIFICATIONS
-Strong communication and people skills
ย -Positive attitude with a high level of energy and confidence
ย -Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
ย -Coachable and willing to improve daily
ย -Able to handle rejection without losing motivation
ย -Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
ย -Reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined
ย -Basic computer and typing skills
ย -No insurance experience or licensing required
ย -Sales, customer service, athletics, leadership, or internship experience is a plus โ€” but not required.ย
