Telephone Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Telephone Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on behalf of our clients. As a remote team member, you must be comfortable working independently, demonstrating reliability and excellent communication skills. You will need to adapt quickly to varying client needs and call volumes while adhering to company policies and procedures. We strive to deliver an exceptional level of service, and you will play a crucial role in helping us meet those standards by delivering outstanding support to our clients. This is not a telemarketing or sales position—your focus will be on service, not selling. Handle customer inquiries via phone in a courteous and professional manner. Provide accurate information to clients, maintaining a customer-service-driven approach. Ensure proper documentation and data entry after each interaction. Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality. Uphold professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude. Adhere to company policies, including maintaining a drug-free work environment. Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Good data entry skills. Drug-free and able to maintain a positive, professional attitude. Technical Requirements for Work from Home: Windows Machines: Windows 11 Pro. 16GB of RAM. Quad-core processor with a CPU speed of at least 2.5 GHz. Mac Machines: Supported versions of macOS with all updates. Minimum of 16GB of RAM with an M series chip. All Computer Set-Ups Must Have: Dual monitors (19" each) with widescreen recommended for better software experience. Dedicated internet connection with minimum speeds of 7 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload. Ethernet connection required (Wi-Fi and satellite are not acceptable). No data caps on internet usage. A webcam for meetings, training, and quality monitoring. A noise-canceling headset to maintain clear communication with customers. Must have antivirus protection (Windows Defender is not allowed).
