Overview
Mastercard is seeking a high-impact Manager, Corporate FP&A to join its global finance organization. This role will support enterprise-wide financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision-making. The position requires strong analytical rigor, business partnership, and the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Role
Lead core FP&A processes including annual planning, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning (LRP) for designated business areas.
Partner closely with business, regional finance, and corporate teams to deliver forward-looking insights and ensure alignment with enterprise strategy.
Drive financial performance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue, expenses, and margin.
Support executive reporting (CFO / Management Committee), including development of clear, concise, and actionable materials.
Enhance driver-based forecasting models and contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and governance.
Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders by connecting financial outcomes to operational drivers and market dynamics.
Support investment analysis by evaluating financial returns, risks, and alignment with strategic priorities.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and auditability across all reporting and planning outputs.

Strong foundation in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights and communicate effectively to senior stakeholders.
Experience building and managing financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.
