Adara is seeking a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator who has prior multi living experience, and will be responsible for planning, strategizing, initiating, and executing all advertising, marketing, lead generation and promotional opportunities for our portfolio of over 80+ properties. Our ideal candidate is creative, well-rounded, detail oriented, analytical, and a natural storyteller.Adara Communities has excellent career opportunities for recent college graduates who are looking to get to next level in the marketing profession and can see the see the big picture regarding property brand strategy, advertising, promotion, and lead generation while giving a voice to our target markets.ResponsibilitiesCreate a 12-18 month rolling calendar of events and property marketing events.Must have multi-living experience!
