At Doctor Asphalt, asphalt is our medium — but people are our purpose. We exist to improve lives through craftsmanship, and our crews are the heart of that mission. If you want more than a job — if you want to build skill, pride, and a future — you’re in the right place.

Who We Are

Doctor Asphalt is a purpose‑driven, future‑focused asphalt and concrete company. We treat pavement like an art form and every project as an opportunity to elevate a property, empower an employee, and strengthen a community.

Our founder, Jake, says it best:
“My why is to better the lives of my employees, my family, and my clients through the act of asphalt and concrete work. The work is an art form to us.”

That belief shapes how we hire, how we train, and how we build.
