Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Deck Builder to join our dedicated team. You will be responsible for hands-on construction of high-quality decks, patio covers, and other outdoor spaces, using a variety of materials and techniques. If you’re passionate about construction and want to advance your skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

·       Construct decks from start to finish, including framing, decking, railing installation, and finishing.

·       Work with a variety of materials, including wood, composite, and metal.

·       Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.

·       Maintain a clean and organized work site.

·       Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

·       Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.

·       Proven experience in deck construction.

·       Proficiency in using a variety of power tools and hand tools.

·       A genuine love for building decks and a desire to master the craft.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic.

·       Fluency in English.

·       Reliable transportation.

·       Must have own power tools or be prepared to purchase them
