*Self starter
*Ability to work with little or no supervision
*Well versed in Outdoor Construction, including, but not limited to:
-All phases and types of deck construction
--Framing
--Stairs
--Rails
All phases and types of patio construction
--Ground preparation
--Concrete slabs
--Flagstone and other decorative patio styles
*General Construction - for Gazebos, Pergolas, Pavilions, Porches
*Framing -  all types of framing repairs, railing systems
