Lead the Outdoor Dining Experience as Our Patio Manager!

Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences in a lively and welcoming environment? Join our team at an all-American BBQ restaurant where we serve up mouthwatering dishes and unforgettable moments. We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Patio Manager to oversee our outdoor dining space and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Patio Manager, you’ll take charge of our outdoor dining area, making it the go-to destination for guests to enjoy great food and great vibes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the patio area, ensuring smooth service and an inviting atmosphere.
- Leading and motivating the patio staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and indoor team to maintain seamless communication and service flow.
- Monitoring cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the patio space.
- Handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive dining experience.
- Assisting in scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone with a passion for hospitality and a knack for leadership. To thrive in this role, you should have:
