A DAY IN THE LIFE
As the Greenhouse Lead, Houseplants + Patio Tropicals, you'll report to our Greenhouse Manager and help manage the daily tasks, projects, and processes that keep houseplants and patio tropicals departments looking their best. You'll be responsible for helping customers find the perfect plants, championing the importance of defined processes, and being the expert on our houseplants and patio tropical plants - all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.

      Model our Customer Journey: The 15:5 Rule, Be the Guide, Keep It Seamless, Forget-Me-Nots, and Close the Deal
      Make yourself a go-to person and a champion of training, follow-up, and delegation of tasks - for the whole Greenhouse and your focus area
      Minimize plant loss by managing backhouse care and replenishment using First-In, First-Out practices for Houseplants and Patio Tropicals
      Keep plants nice and happy by managing watering schedules and spacing plants to maximize light and airflow
      Maintain brand integrity by ensuring the sales floor is signed to standard with price and plant information signs
