Platinum Pool Service has been keeping Omaha pools clean, safe, and enjoyable since 2006. As a family-owned and operated company, we've grown into the leading residential pool service provider in the area and we're just getting started. We go beyond pool cleaning and repairs, we enhance quality of life, helping families relax, connect, and enjoy their time together.

We're looking for a skilled, reliable, and professional Pool Technician-Senior to join our team. You'll perform hands-on pool maintenance, equipment diagnostics, minor repairs, and, most importantly, deliver excellent service with a smile. We offer our experienced Pool Technicians a competitive pay of $25-$33/hour based on experience. We also offer paid vacation, paid holidays, and a Simple IRA plan with a company match, training, certifications and room to grow. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.

    Responsibilities for Pool Technician-Senior at Platinum Pool Service:

    • Clean and maintain residential & commercial pools (skimming, vacuuming, brushing, etc.)
    • Test and balance water chemistry
    • Inspect and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems
    • Repair and install pool equipment
    • Communicate clearly with customers and explain any issues or repairs
    • Document service visits and keep accurate records
    • Keep company vehicle clean, stocked, and ready to go
    • Serve as a mentor and technical expert for other team members

    Requirements for Pool Technician-Senior at Platinum Pool Service:

    • 3+ years experience in pool maintenance
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
    • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather
    • Valid driver's license (ability to pass background check)

    Preference for the following:

    • Pool industry certifications (CPO, CST, etc.)
    • Familiarity with pool automation systems
