Job Description

As a Superintendent at Christiansen Construction, you will play a crucial role in managing and supervising our construction projects. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination: You will be responsible for instructing and leading our workers directly, assigning teams to specific jobs, and ensuring efficient task execution. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers is vital to maintaining project schedules and resolving conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of commercial and/or industrial construction, preferably with experience in municipal water and/or pool projects.
• Minimum of ten years of verifiable supervisory experience, showcasing your leadership and organizational skills.
