Overview
We are seeking an energetic, guest-focused Pool Deck Supervisor to join our team in delivering an exceptional poolside experience for our guests.
Nestled in the city, our stunning outdoor pool creates the illusion of stepping into a private oasis. As the face of our Pool Club, you will play a key role in bringing that experience to life by creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels valued, and maintaining the highest standards of service and safety.
As the Pool Deck Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the pool deck, support the pool team, and ensure all policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently followed. You will be the go-to person for both guests and team members, confidently handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring the pool environment is clean, organized, and operating seamlessly.
Working closely with leadership, you will assist with training, coaching, and developing team members while fostering a positive, energetic, and guest-first culture. You will lead by example, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier; supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task
  • Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certification preferred
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
