Treatment Coordinator


Join our dynamic dental team as a Treatment Coordinator, where your organizational skills and patient-focused approach will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving practice dedicated to improving patient outcomes and fostering long-term relationships. You will work closely with the dental team, including the doctor and assistants, to ensure smooth daily operations and promote practice growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate schedule for the dental team, including the doctor and assistants, to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality patient care.

- Stimulate case acceptance opportunities to help the practice meet production goals and expand the patient base through effective follow-up.

- Maintain patient accounts in accordance with Dental Associates of Delaware (DAD) policies and standards.

- Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.

- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow to optimize practice productivity.

- Educate patients about treatment plans, financial options, and the importance of recommended procedures.

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patient satisfaction and foster positive relationships.

- Report directly to the Office Manager and work closely with the assigned doctor to coordinate patient schedules and relations.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
