Summary
As an Intake Coordinator at Living Hope Home Healthcare, you will play a crucial role inensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will be responsible formanaging patient intake processes, verifying insurance information, and coordinating withhealthcare providers to facilitate seamless patient transitions into our care program.
Responsibilities
