Job description

WHO WE ARE: Simpli.fi provides marketing technologies, solutions, and workflow automation for advertisers and agencies of all sizes. We specialize in helping organizations that operate across many locations, jurisdictions, or local marketsโ€”where location matters and incrementality countsโ€”by uniting data, automation, and intelligence to drive measurable growth.

Our platform powers highly targeted, high-volume campaigns across omnichannel environments including CTV, native, mobile, display, and social. We deliver transparent performance with local precision at national scale. Simpli.fi enables marketersโ€”from multi-location brands and independent agencies who serve them, to political, advocacy, and public-affairs organizationsโ€”to activate locally relevant messaging, measure real-world impact, and generate clear, actionable insights.

Simpli.fi's headquarters is located in Fort Worth, TX. While this role may support a broader geographic region, preference will be given to candidates located in the Fort Worth area or elsewhere in Texas to facilitate regular collaboration with executive leadership and key business partners.

Simpli.fi is backed by leading private equity firms Blackstone and GTCR. To learn more, visit Simpli.fi.

WHAT WEโ€™RE LOOKING FOR: Simpli.fi is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the core Simpli.fi DSP platform experience: the web application, campaign workflow, and self-service tooling that enterprise advertisers use to configure, manage, and optimize their trading activity at scale.

This role will involve working on a technically complex platform that has grown significantly over time, with an engineering organization that takes that complexity seriously. There is real brownfield work here -- systems and workflows that need modernization -- and there is also genuine greenfield opportunity to build new experiences on top of data assets and infrastructure that are legitimately differentiated in the market.

The right candidate sees both as interesting. You are comfortable navigating complexity, patient enough to understand deeply after acting, and motivated by the long arc of making a hard product meaningfully better.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL BE DOING:

  • Own the end-to-end product experience for core DSP workflows: campaign setup, targeting configuration, bidding controls, and self-service usability for enterprise advertisers
  • Identify the highest-value problems to solve through direct customer engagement, data analysis, and close collaboration with engineering and data science
  • Define strategy and roadmap direction grounded in customer impact and business value, and build conviction across stakeholders on what to prioritize and why
  • Lead discovery: customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and solution testing
  • Drive initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch iteration, with clear accountability for measurable outcomes
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

YOUโ€™LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • 5 to 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning complex product areas end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify important problems and drive initiatives from concept through measurable impact
  • Experience working closely with engineering on technically sophisticated products
  • Experience shaping product direction in ambiguous or evolving problem spaces
  • Background in platform products, data products, infrastructure-adjacent products, or technical SaaS preferred
  • Experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, or optimization systems is preferred but not required
  • Strong product judgment: the ability to identify the right problems in complex, ambiguous environments and make sound decisions with incomplete information
  • High autonomy: you define problem spaces, build business cases, and drive execution without needing a predefined backlog or close oversight
  • Influence without authority: track record of aligning engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams around a shared direction
  • Comfort with technical complexity: you do not need to be an engineer, but you need to engage credibly with technically sophisticated systems and the teams that build them
  • Strong structured thinking: you simplify complex problems, communicate clearly, and make tradeoffs deliberately
  • Ownership mindset: you care about outcomes, not just delivery, and hold yourself accountable for impact
  • Clear, structured communication: you write and speak with precision, adjust your approach for different audiences, and can make complex tradeoffs legible to stakeholders at all levels

WORKING WITH US HAS ITS REWARDS: Awesome company environment and benefits with a great management team. Competitive pay based on experience, 17 PTO days, 401K match, long-term incentive plan and employer sponsored healthcare options. Hybrid work schedule. Fully remote options as well depending on the position. Company is focused on developing and mentoring employees!

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
