• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs, documenting findings in a detailed and timely manner.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring each plan addresses the unique needs of the individual.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, employing solution-based methodologies and innovative treatment modalities to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, while minimizing administrative burdens to focus more on patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance patient care through integrated service delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics, providing necessary support and resources to empower them on their journey to well-being.
• Stay current with recent developments in the field of mental health, continuously integrating new research findings into practice.

The LCSW will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique challenges related to mental health. Your expertise will directly contribute to assisting patients in overcoming issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns, as well as enhancing coping mechanisms and life skills.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with proven educational foundations in clinical practices.
• A valid LCSW license issued in the state of Texas, complying with all regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with effective problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations.

• Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of telehealth practices and technology, enhancing remote patient interactions.
