• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethics.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address ongoing challenges, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and actively monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and needs.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates in compliance with organizational standards.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ psychological and emotional needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Engage in individual supervision to foster personal and professional development, ensuring continuous growth and skill enhancement.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Omnicare Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse outpatient population, primarily focusing on adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our client-centric approach emphasizes individualized care, striving to create a safe and nurturing environment for healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted, and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Demonstrated proficiency in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and familiarity with clinical documentation processes.
• Competence in utilizing technology, including spreadsheet applications, RMS systems, Outlook, and therapeutic practice software such as Pimsy.

Omnicare Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We follow a fee-for-service model that guarantees timely payments ahead of collections, eliminating the wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
