Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to identify client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individual therapy aimed at promoting personal growth and holistic healing.
• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Employ teletherapy techniques for virtual appointments, enhancing accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

• Strong background in trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
