Patient First Counseling Center is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, and LCSW-R, to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather essential information about clients’ mental health histories, concerns, and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapies tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Provide teletherapy and virtual counseling sessions to ensure accessibility for clients who may face challenges in attending in-person appointments.
• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse group of clients, ranging from those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Your role will be key in helping individuals navigate their emotional struggles, providing them with the tools and strategies needed to manage their condition effectively. You will play an important part in fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to share their experiences and feelings in a safe space.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or private practice setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment frameworks.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges they face.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
