Job description

Pastry Chef - Early Morning Shift (5am Start) - Full Time
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastry Chef to join our bakery team. This is a key leadership position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term growth with us.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality pastries, breakfast items, and pastries according to our established recipes
  • Oversee and coordinate the daily tasks of the pastry team
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
  • Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Help maintain inventory and assist with ordering as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to improve operations
