Bring your passion for pastry and baking to one of Florida's premier luxury resorts! We are seeking a talented Pastry Cook II to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll prepare exceptional pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty baked goods that delight our members and guests while supporting our restaurants, banquets, and special events.

What You'll Do
- Prepare pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist with baking, decorating, finishing, and plating desserts for restaurants, banquets, weddings, and special events.
- Complete daily mise en place and production to ensure the pastry kitchen is prepared for service.
- Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation in every product.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Assist with inventory, product rotation, receiving deliveries, and minimizing food waste.
- Work collaboratively with the pastry and culinary teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
- Support seasonal menus, holiday offerings, and specialty events as needed.
What We're Looking For
- One to two years of pastry, baking, or culinary experience in a hotel, resort, club, bakery, or restaurant preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert production.
- Ability to follow recipes with precision and maintain consistent quality.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary or Baking & Pastry education is a plus but not required.
