In this role, you'll prepare exceptional pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty baked goods that delight our members and guests while supporting our restaurants, banquets, and special events.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, cookies, and other baked goods according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist with baking, decorating, finishing, and plating desserts for restaurants, banquets, weddings, and special events.
  • Complete daily mise en place and production to ensure the pastry kitchen is prepared for service.
  • Maintain exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation in every product.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
  • Assist with inventory, product rotation, receiving deliveries, and minimizing food waste.
  • Work collaboratively with the pastry and culinary teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
  • Support seasonal menus, holiday offerings, and specialty events as needed.
