Who We Look For:
We are looking for an individual who can be a part of the culinary team that we have built who has prior culinary experience and a passion for pastry.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates and show pieces according to guest orders and banquet event orders
  • Ensure all dishes are in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a pastry kitchen.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
