Position Summary

Our Event Marketers represent Renewal by Andersen at a variety of promotional events, including home shows, fairs, third-party retail locations, and community events. As part of a unified team, they work collaboratively to achieve both team and individual goals by generating qualified appointments for our In-Home Design Consultants.

Event Marketers play a critical role in the success of our business. They are often the first point of contact for prospective customers and help establish the foundation for positive customer relationships. Through honest, authentic, and professional communication, they build trust, understand homeowners' unique needs, and effectively communicate the value of Renewal by Andersen products and services.

As ambassadors of the company, Event Marketers bring our solutions directly to consumers and help set expectations for the exceptional experience customers can expect when welcoming Renewal by Andersen into their homes. By leveraging strong customer service and sales skills, they confidently address concerns, highlight product benefits, and provide relevant information tailored to each homeowner. Success in this role requires adaptability, resilience, professionalism, and the ability to maintain enthusiasm in all situations.

Signature Service Performance Standards 1. Hours Per Demo (HPD)

Goal:

  • Event Locations: 10 HPD or less
  • Retail Locations: 15 HPD or less

Success Indicators:

  • Consistently achieve shift goals.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the earliest available dates and times.
2. Demo Rate

Goal: 90% or higher

Success Indicators:

  • Confirm a legitimate need for window or door replacement.
  • Ensure projects involve three or more units and fall within our scope of work.
  • Set proper expectations for a 60-90 minute consultation.
  • Confirm all homeowners will be present during the appointment.
  • Maintain an all-party attendance rate of 90% or higher.
3. Cancellation Rate

Goal: 40% or lower

Success Indicators:

  • Schedule appointments at convenient times for homeowners.
  • Create urgency and communicate value during the appointment-setting process.
  • Offer applicable incentives, including the $200 Project Voucher Card.
4. Dependability & Communication

Success Indicators:

  • Arrive on time and prepared for all assigned shifts.
  • Communicate scheduling or performance-related needs promptly.
  • Actively participate in coaching, development, and team training opportunities.

Compensation
  1. Hourly Pay

    • Paid semi-monthly.
  2. Performance-Based Earnings

    • Eligibility for demonstration bonuses.
    • Commission opportunities on sales in accordance with the Event Marketing Employee Agreement & Compensation Plan.

Renewal by Andersen reserves the right to modify compensation structures and incentive programs at its discretion.
