Legal Receptionist - Part-Time In-Office
Are you a talented multitasker who loves interacting with people? We're looking for a positive and professional receptionist to be the face of our local business. You'll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, sort and deliver mail, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and assist us with other operations as needed. Responsibilities
• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule client consultations and coordinate attorney calendars, including mediation and hearing dates.
• Document uploading and filing.
• Forward EEOC calls to the paralegal.
• Accept and process client payments accurately and professionally.
• Manage daily office supplies and light coordination with the billing coordinator.
