Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing legal advice to clients regarding all aspects of immigration law, including but not limited to asylum, deportation defense, visa applications, and citizenship.
2. Preparing and submitting legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, and appeals.
3. Representing clients in immigration court proceedings, interviews, and meetings.
4. Staying updated on changes in immigration law and policies, and informing clients of how these changes may affect their cases.
5. Conducting thorough and accurate legal research to support case preparation.
6. Collaborating with paralegals and other team members to ensure all case details are accurately recorded and updated.
7. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Immigration Attorney role should possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law.
3. Admission to the State Bar.
