Do you want to work for an independent parts store with the power of NAPA behind it?

NAPA of Clarksville is looking for our next store manager. In this role, you'll interface with all sorts of repair, customization, body, paint, and commercial shops who value NAPA parts to keep their customers rolling.

You'll be primarily focused on leading store operations with vision, collaboration, trust, respect and effectiveness while operating a market leading independently owned NAPA store.

We're looking for our next store manager to have some experience in an automotive parts department, dealership or retail establishment.

As our store manager, you will:

  • Take responsibility for P&L while mapping out initiatives and business plans for the store and solving roadblock issues.
  • Help Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
  • Set the pace in a fast-paced retail store environment
  • Help outside sales identify, develop and maintain wholesale accounts
  • Build, guide and develop an engaged crew to deliver checkered flag levels of customer care and business results
  • Protect and maintain the security of store assets
  • Display pride in keeping our store recognized for safety and appearance

Other requirements that are a plus include:

  • ASE (P2) parts certification preferred
  • Experience in heavy parts and or paint
  • Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts is a plus
  • Pre-employment drug screening required
