Our Leo Chevrolet of Indianapolis and Leo Chevrolet GMC of Lebanon locations are looking for a parts driver to join our team. If you have a passion for delivering top-tier customer service, then this job is for you!

A Leo Automotive Group parts driver safely delivers auto parts to repair shops and dealerships and supports our service operation by picking up needed repair parts in the Indianapolis area. This role involves managing delivery logs, loading and unloading heavy items, checking orders for accuracy, and maintaining company vehicles. The driver is the face of the business, responsible for ensuring parts arrive on time, building strong customer relationships, stocking shelves, and assisting with inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery & Pickup: Transport parts to clients (repair shops, dealerships) and pick up returns/cores
- Order Accuracy: Verify part numbers and quantities against manifests before delivery and confirm receipt with customers.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, positive interactions to build strong client relationships.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stocking shelves, processing incoming parts, and organizing the stockroom.
- Vehicle & Safety: Maintain company vehicles (cleanliness, routine checks), follow all traffic laws, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete delivery logs, necessary paperwork, and handle invoices/payments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (often requires being 21+).
