Job description

Job Summary: The representative will provide excellent customer service, while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily and operational activities in the parts department to include the following, but not limited to:

  • Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns
  • Obtain price quotes and check availability
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person
  • Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts
  • File and other miscellaneous office duties
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 40lbs.
  • Maintain excellent customer service
  • Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen
