What you will do as a Parts Coordinator:
As a Parts Coordinator, you'll support daily parts operations and ensure customers and technicians receive the parts they need quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
  • Take parts orders accurately and help customers identify and resolve parts-related issues
  • Pull parts to fill orders for customers and technicians
  • Ensure all Parts and Rental orders are processed by the end of each day
  • Receive and organize incoming parts shipments
  • Assist with loading software on components
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work as part of a team to achieve department and company goals

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical or mechanical coursework preferred
  • Previous experience in a hands-on customer service role
  • Experience in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial work environment preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
